Last week was an amazing week poker wise, it started bad when i bubble'd my LAPT entry on monday in the $215 sat then grinding my normal sngs. On tuesday i made the final table of the $215 qualifier for the lapt again but lost a 100bb flip with TT vs AK and busted after that being close, then i decided to register the $11+R 3x turbo i didnt play it before because i only wanted the $2500 entry, in the rebuy period i gamble as much as i can to grow a huge stack, then after the rebuy period i played my normal game shoving into the middle stacks and won a huge flip when i shoved 20bbs with 99 and get called by 2nd chipleader with AK after that i won every hand and have like 3 times the 2nd stack, when i made it to the final table i just keep winning every hand lol. The final hand i had like 80bbs and the other guy 10bbs he shoved K8 i think i called with Ax and held up! so i get a $4500 package instead of the $2500 i wanted, i cant complain :)
During the week i was grinding sngs and running ok, everything normal.
All started on the weekend, i didnt grind mtts friday because i went out with to drink with some old friends was really cool and funny meet again after a couple of months, people that i met when i was a kid that played Magic: the gathering.
On Saturday i started my normal routine registering in mtts from 3pm to 9pm. After a couple of hours i was in the final table of the $44 turbo, i win this mtt in december 2010 for $2500 and the previous week i made the final table but ended 3rd for almost $3k, so i was like i cant pass this chance! but.... i ended up losing AQ vs JJ for 8th place and only $700 :(
Later i made another final table! in the $109 turbo, but i was really frustated i couldnt do anythig because there were a like 3 shorties so i just folded and sudden we were 5handed, i was the shortstack with 5bbs and lost my 55 vs AK, so i busted 5th for a cool $1670.
I was running really good and was lucky enough to make 2 more final tables, one in a $33 mtt that i dont remember nothing about it LOL but i won $1500 busting in 4th and a $27 KO busting 3 handed for $400.
I catch a good heaterz on saturday but wasnt all that happy because i couldnt win a mtt after 4 final tables, im going to be working on my 4handed game and review some hands.
Well sunday was a lot better i made my biggest cash to the date! but this post is already tl;dr so ill write about it in my next post, now i have to study, two tests this week in university.

End of vacations
Well my vacations ended sigh, was a really cool summer sleeping until the afternoon, playing live poker with friends and grinding online without other concerns.
But fml the university started on monday so now i wont be able to play mtts every day im back to the sngs and ill be trying to play 50 sngs daily at least and grinding mtts all the weekends.
Ill try to get better grades this semester in college is just a personal goal, i use to do really good before playing poker then when i started grinding more serously i started to "breaking even", but i think ill do ok this semester taking only 3 classes, so i can have more time to study and play poker.
I promised to post hands about the mtt i win a couple of weeks back but HEM didnt saved so i cant do anything :(
Sngs are killing me lately i noticed a lot of spots i missed and discovered some leaks i didnt saw before, im really excited to work on that and improve my results in the next weeks, i was being to tight in some situations, now ill find more time to review hands as i did in the past and play less tables, same with mtts i decided to cut out some of them to make better decisions. Also i notice a lot of leaks in my mtt game but i have not had time to practice because of school, im working a lot on my game and waiting for good results but i know it takes time to get there ill just keep grinding.
As for live poker i havent play almost anything this month, mostly because mtts it takes so much time and weekends when i used ti play live cash games are the best days for mtts, im trying to win a satellite to LAPT Lima as i did last year, im more confident in my mtt game than last year cant wait to play it but need to win my entry first! wish me luck
